Services Offered: This is a telephone service assistance plan available to qualified residential subscribers. The purpose of the plan is to make telephone service more accessible to customers whom otherwise might not be able to afford it. Georgia subscribers may be eligible for the plan if they are a current recipient of low-income assistance from any of the following programs: Food Stamps, Medicaid, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) & Senior Citizen Low Income Discount Plan. To apply for the LIFELINE PLAN, mail or FAX proof of eligibility of public assistance program.

Services Offered: Case Management Program to assist low income and elderly persons and families through the Community Services Block Grant Program through collaborative efforts, assistance can be provided in obtaining Social Security, Medicare, Health Care, Public Assistance, Food Stamps, and Emergency Assistance. The staff can also assist families in locating affordable housing. Employment and training assistance through a Job Search Program is also provided to individuals. Low-Income Weatherization Assistance Program. CAFI Head Start serving 3 to 5 year old children.

Services Offered: Delivery of lunch time meals to the elderly.  Delivered within Newnan city limits only.  Donations accepted.

Services Offered: Provides an opportunity for people to obtain power wheelchairs who do not qualify under insurance guideline. This is made possible when individuals donate power wheelchairs when no longer needed.

Services Offered: Programs available to clients 60 years and older.  Home delivered meals, planned activities daily, exercise programs, transportation assistance, blood pressure checks, and computer access with internet services.
